Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management

  • Identify development needs and collaborate with L&D to deliver targeted programs.
  • Assist in succession planning for key roles.
  • Support PMS design, implementation, and alignment with business goals.
  • Guide managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback and growth.

Employee Relations

  • Mediate conflicts and provide effective resolutions.
  • Monitor engagement levels and implement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Ensure policies comply with company standards and legal requirements.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees.
  • Collaborate across HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate policies and changes clearly to business units.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively mitigate them.
  • Contribute to policy development and updates.

HR Metrics & Reporting

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards with actionable insights for management.

HR Partnership

  • Align HR strategies with business unit goals.
  • Support change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning, including skill gap analysis and talent forecasting.

Desired Profile:

  • Qualification:

    Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and database management.
  • Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
