Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/ Lead Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5 To 10 Years Key Responsibilities Marketing Cloud Support & Implementation Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and assist marketing teams with adoption. Lead end-to-end implementations, configurations, and customizations of Marketing Cloud. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Marketing Cloud functionalities. Campaign Management & Optimization Design and execute multi-channel campaigns via Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio. Use SQL, AMPscript, and REST/SOAP APIs to deliver personalized, automated campaigns. Define segmentation strategies and data models to improve campaign targeting and performance. Build performance dashboards and reports to measure and optimize campaign ROI. New Business Unit Setup Configure and set up new business units including data migration and Salesforce Connector integration. Manage Marketing Cloud Connect to ensure smooth CRM integration. Forms & Integration Implement and customize forms using Form Handlers, JavaScript, and CSS. Knowledge of tools like Stripo, Formstack, and FormAssembly is a plus. Sales Cloud & Reporting Familiarity with Sales Cloud features such as Engagement History, Campaign Influence, B2B Marketing Analytics, and drag-and-drop email builder. Analyze campaign performance using Marketing Cloud reports and provide actionable insights. Training & Documentation Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials. Conduct training sessions for sales and marketing teams to increase adoption and efficiency. Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) KRAKPI Customer/Service Delivery- Cases closed within SLA - Net Promoter Score (NPS)Growth & Value- Improved process efficiency - Innovations to reduce manual effort People- Learning via Trailhead - Salesforce Certifications Performance will be evaluated biannually, taking into consideration any organizational process challenges impacting target achievement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud Strong knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, REST/SOAP APIs Proficiency in campaign reporting & analytics Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist)
