This role will lead a team of consultants under the HR Advisory & Outsourcing arm of The Vedant Resources to oversee project delivery and collaborate with clients to develop innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs. This position requires strong leadership skills, extensive industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities Provide strategic HR guidance and leadership to clients in their business transformation initiatives. Conduct in-depth analysis of client's HR processes, systems and operations to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement customized solutions to address client's specific needs and challenges. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, both internal at The Vedant Resources as well as Clients Project SPOCs, to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget and timeline. Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, deliverables and success criteria. Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on industry best practices and emerging trends. Conduct regular update meetings and prepare progress reports to keep clients informed about project milestones and outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion by leveraging existing client relationships. Stay updated with industry developments and continuously enhance knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional consulting services. Website: https://thevedantresources.co.in/ Job Summary Role will be responsible for creation of various documents, templates, process and project coordination, SOP & MIS Reports. Responsibilities: Creation of tailor made Documents, Policies, Process: Independently create various HR Documents as per the project brief. In this area the incumbent will also get trained & mentored for creating templates for a range of HR Documents from letters, to policies to checklists, forms, etc. Execute the day-to-day project deliverables as per agreed monthly plan. This involves a range of HR areas like employee lifecycle management, employee experience management, talent management, employee engagement, employee connect, training need identification, etc. Update and manage the project tracker on a daily basis; be hands on with regards to project status and changes assigned from time to time. Client SPOC Engagement – Interact client SPOC about ongoing project, solve queries pertaining to submission of Documents etc. Other Tasks – Creation of MIS, Dashboard, Project Reports in Excel; Maintain Weekly Status Update on Project & assist in creation of final project report. Monthly HR audits: Conduct regular HR audits to ensure that the project is on track with regards to compliance, timelines, documentation etc. Skills Coordinating with multiple stake holders should excite you. Understanding requirements and creating various templates should come naturally to you Research & application of the same. You should be extremely positive to learn, grasp & implement learnings. You are extremely comfortable in interacting with people & love providing solutions. Language Skills English, Hindi is Mandatory both Spoken & Written. Any other language will be an added advantage. Travel Requirements Job Requires Primarily to operate form office and on case to case basis the role will require to visit client office.
