This role requires generating leads and closing sales within a defined region. You will:
- Travel extensively (60 70% of the month) to meet decision-makers (owners, CMOs)
- Follow up with leads via calls, meetings, web, and events
- Sell enterprise software (licensed or SaaS) to medium/large enterprises
- Be results-driven with a strong understanding of tech jargon and complex selling
- Consider your territory as your

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective
sales strategies
- Lead and coach a team of
3 5 Sales Managers
- Recruit and manage a team to achieve regional sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer personnel
- Acquire new business and manage KPIs for the sales team
- Conduct
weekly performance reviews
with the sales team - Create innovative sales programs and initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge
- Generate leads through meetings, demos, cold-calling, events, and research
