" This position is for CHINA LOCATION" Company Description Xolopak India Ltd is a pioneering company in manufacturing bio-degradable disposable products in India. We specialize in producing wooden cutlery and ice-cream sticks and spoons that are eco-friendly along with napkins & paper-based bakery disposable products. Our prestigious customers include some of the largest brands in the food and ice-cream industry. Job Purpose To serve as the primary liaison between production teams and commercial stakeholders in China. The role ensures the successful delivery of solutions to customers by combining deep technical understanding with sound commercial acumen. Location – China (Preferred cities: (Harbin/Mudanjiang) Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for China operations. Understand India Operations product requirements and liaise with China production team for smooth execution and delivery. Coordinate with Production teams to customize solutions based on local market needs. Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to the product development team. Commercial Responsibilities Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth in China and rest of the world. Identify new business opportunities, build supplier and vendor relationships and close deals. Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policies. Prepare technical-commercial proposals and ensure timely response to RFQs/RFPs. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution. Production Responsibilities Handle Import and Export Management in China Vendor development Manage daily production activity in Production, generate work orders from PO, Prepare BOM, Production Planning Developing vendors in China to ensure product quality Proficient in Chinese language for effective communication and negotiation. Track record of enhancing product quality and production efficiency. Skilled in staff administration and team leadership. Key Requirements Education · Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field). · MBA or commercial training is an added advantage. Experience 10-15 years of experience in a techno-commercial or PPC role. Prior experience in China or with Chinese clients/suppliers is highly desirable. Skills Strong technical understanding with commercial aptitude. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a multicultural environment. Travel Frequent domestic travel within China and occasional international travel as required.
