Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing sales strategies, managing key client accounts, and leading a team of sales professionals. This role requires strong business acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to align sales initiatives with the company s overall objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives/managers to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to company standards, policies, and compliance requirements.

Here's What You Need:

  • bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of sales experience with at least 3 5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
