The Role

As a Talent Development Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of leadership and talent development, empowering people, and teams to unlock their potential. From designing high-impact learning solutions to partnering with leaders on critical talent initiatives, your work will directly contribute to MBRDI’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Relationships & Influence: Cultivate strong partnerships across all levels, establishing credibility as a trusted thought leader.
• Strategic Development: Align learning initiatives with business challenges and opportunities, collaborating with HRBPs and leaders to address talent needs.
• Program Leadership: Own leadership and talent programs, ensuring measurable impact, seamless execution, and exceptional employee experiences.
• Capability Building: Design and deliver tailored programs linked to MBRDI’s People Principles, developing future-ready skills in collaboration with HRBPs and senior leaders.
• Learning Culture Champion: Foster a vibrant learning culture by developing internal facilitators and strengthening engagement with flagship programs.
• External Partnerships: Partner with industry experts and service providers to elevate program offerings.
• Managerial Effectiveness: Enable managers through multi-tiered programs that enhance performance, development, and career conversations.
• Continuous Improvement: Measure outcomes and refine initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering data-driven insights.

What You Bring

• Experience: 12+ years in leadership and talent development, with at least 4 years consulting in behavioral and leadership development.
• Expertise: Proven success in program curation, assessment, performance management, succession planning, change management, and coaching.
• Certifications: Credentials in psychometric assessments, facilitation, and coaching are a plus.

Core Skills

• Strategic consulting and facilitation expertise.
• Data analysis capabilities for actionable insights.
• Track record of delivering high-performance solutions with measurable impact.
