Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for:
• Diagnostics content development
• Series maintenance
• Field support for the Xentry diagnostic tool
• Spare part management
• Plan and execute multi-medium to complex projects, primarily in Powertrain diagnostics
• Collaborate with German business partners for project scoping, planning, and delivery
• Handle field concerns related to body electronics and coordinate with technical partners to resolve critical issues
• Oversee end-to-end project management – tools, timelines, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Drive people development – performance monitoring, mentoring, team motivation, and succession planning
• Ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables through continuous process improvements
• Innovate and build capabilities for emerging technologies and future-readiness

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership experience in managing and scaling technical teams
• Hands-on experience in diagnostics content creation for automotive ECUs
• Deep understanding of ECUs, software lifecycle, release and test management
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of aftersales systems, parts management, and workshop processes
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
• Proficiency with MS Office for reporting and presentations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• German language proficiency
• Exposure to product development life cycle
• Experience working at automotive dealerships or workshops
