Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

    : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels, especially for manufacturing and technical roles.
  • Employee Relations

    : Foster a positive work environment, manage employee concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Performance Management

    : Implement and manage performance appraisals, set up goal-setting frameworks, and ensure continuous employee feedback.
  • Training & Development

    : Identify skill gaps, design and implement training programs to improve employee competencies and productivity.
  • HR Policies & Compliance

    : Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and safety standards, keeping up to date with labor law changes.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    : Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure competitive compensation strategies.
  • Organizational Development

    : Support leadership in driving organizational change, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
