Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Drive end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process across levels.

  • Manage and monitor Performance Management System (PMS).

  • Plan and execute Employee Engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and retention.

  • Lead Organization Development (OD) interventions to support growth and change.

  • Design, implement, and monitor Training & Development programs based on business needs.

  • Conduct Exit Interviews, analyze attrition data, and suggest corrective actions.

  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders for all HRD functions.

Desired Profile :-

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.

  • Strong exposure in hard core HR domains Recruitment, PMS, OD, T&D, Engagement.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders.
