Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

Drive end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process across levels.
Manage and monitor Performance Management System (PMS).
Plan and execute Employee Engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and retention.
Lead Organization Development (OD) interventions to support growth and change.
Design, implement, and monitor Training & Development programs based on business needs.
Conduct Exit Interviews, analyze attrition data, and suggest corrective actions.
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders for all HRD functions.

Desired Profile :-

MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Strong exposure in hard core HR domains Recruitment, PMS, OD, T&D, Engagement.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders.
