Role Overview As the HR Manager for our multi-locational setup, you will be responsible for driving HR strategy and operations across our office and factory environments. Your role includes designing and implementing robust HR processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a work culture that upholds our core values. You will work closely with senior management to align HR initiatives with our company’s strategic goals while ensuring a seamless employee experience across locations. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures for both locations. Align HR strategies with overall company objectives, ensuring that HR initiatives support growth and innovation. End-to-End HR Operations: Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention processes tailored for office and factory teams. Design and manage performance management systems, including regular employee appraisals and feedback mechanisms. Handle payroll, benefits, and related HR services efficiently while ensuring adherence to statutory requirements. Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster a positive work culture by promoting open communication and a supportive environment. Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and professionally. Lead team-building activities and CSR initiatives to build inter-location cohesion. Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop relevant programs to enhance both technical and soft skills. Champion continuous learning and professional development opportunities for employees. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements across both locations. Maintain accurate HR records and report on HR metrics for continuous improvement. Multi-Locational Coordination: Work collaboratively with management at both the office and factory to harmonize HR practices. Travel between locations, as necessary, to conduct audits, and support local HR initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Professional Experience: A proven track record with 8-10 years of HR management experience, preferably in a multi-locational or diverse operational environment. Demonstrable experience in handling recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance in both office and manufacturing settings. Key Competencies: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a proven capability to build relationships across levels. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency with MS Office. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
