Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager/General Manager (DGM/GM) Sales at ELCOM Innovations Private Limited, located in Noida. The DGM/GM Sales will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes developing and implementing sales strategies, coordinating with other departments to streamline operations, and achieving sales targets.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /General Stream or higher
• MBA preferred but not a criteria for any deserving candidate
• Fifteen and above Years of experience in Dy. General Manager Sales
• Twenty and above Years of experience in General Manager Sales
• Proven track record of positive sales performance
• Experience in dealing with Government Defence, Para -Defence and Federal Agencies/Forces
• Managed business in MOD, MHA and State Police Departments

• Five Years or more work experience with V-Sat / Communication / Security Solution related Project / System Integration Companies / OEM is desirable

• Open to travel extensively & meet customers is a pre-requisite
