Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

System Management & Administration

Oversee day-to-day operations of HRMS modules (Core HR, Performance Management, C&B, Attendance & Leave, Self-Service, Recruitment, etc.).
Ensure system availability, performance, and compliance with security standards.
Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.

Configuration & Customization

Configure HRMS modules to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with IT for customizations, integrations, and upgrades.
Maintain workflows, alerts, and approval hierarchies.

Data Integrity & Reporting

Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across systems.
Develop and maintain dashboards, standard reports, and ad-hoc analytics.
Support compliance reporting for audits and statutory requirements.

Process Improvement & Automation

Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes using HRMS functionalities.
Implement automation and self-service features to enhance efficiency.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with system vendors and third-party partners for issue resolution.
Act as subject matter expert for HRMS-related queries and projects.

Training & Support

Provide training and guidance to HR and end-users on HRMS functionalities.
Develop user manuals and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/masters degree in HR, IT, or related field (masters preferred).
HRMS platform certifications (e.g., Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft).
PMP or similar project management certification (optional).
8–12 years of experience in HRMS administration, with at least 4–6 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
