Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Analytics and Compensation Specialist to join our team at Erogomed, with 3-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies aligned with industry standards.
Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform compensation decisions.
Design and administer effective benefits programs to attract and retain employees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation and benefits initiatives.
