Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Manager - Facility Services located in Jamnagar. The Sr. Manager will oversee daily facility operations, ensure quality and compliance, manage the facilities team, and coordinate efficient facility management (FM) services. Responsibilities include managing budgeting and financial planning, supervising facility operations, and ensuring facilities meet health and safety regulations & Client relationship.


Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and People Management skills
  • Familiarity with Site Governance, MMR/QBR and Dashboard recording.
  • Experience in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Relevant experience in facility services or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Lead and manage the operations of all soft services over 300+ across the plant.
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs, and company standards.
  • Supervise and evaluate third-party service providers (housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, etc.).
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance customer satisfaction and staff experience.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for soft services and track cost efficiency.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management for soft services consumables.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training for in-house or vendor-managed teams.
  • Respond to and resolve escalations, complaints, or service issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with technical/FM teams to ensure seamless facility operations

Budget - INR 85K Gross/Month.
