Interested candidates, kindly mail to enpcareers.hr@ril.com Main Purpose: Monitor subsea operations and provide accurate and timely data/information to the management; Identify risk associated with well operations, subsea production operation & intervention, Assess associated Risk, identify risk reduction measures and develop subsea risk register, Ensure compliance to all applicable regulatory requirement, Facilitate audits, close out of audit points, Conduct HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, PHA and HITRA as per requirement, Develop ERP, SOPs, action plan for operational upsets, Conduct mock drills and guide subsea operation team for emergency preparedness, Co-ordinate with offshore platform, FPSO, planning and OT operations of smooth and safe operation of subsea system. Identify system bottlenecks, operational issues and conduct required simulation study to develop optimal solution, Maintain subsea valve position matrices for all ROV operated valves and provide support to intervention operations. Job Accountabilities: Develop, update, review SOPs for well and subsea production operations; Provide inputs for development of subsea intervention procedures to support operational aspects of subsea interventions. Develop procedures for ad hoc subsea operations including but not limited to well handover to other groups, subsea pipeline changeovers, well start-ups, umbilical flushing and purging. Develop ERP and action plan for operational upsets including but not limited to unplanned field shutdowns, compressor trips, valve closure, etc. Conduct mock drills and guide subsea operation team for emergency preparedness. Conduct daily review of subsea operations with respect to flow assurance, production optimization and intervention activities; ensure competent personnel available for subsea panel operation. Maintain good record of subsea equipment and structures with respect to subsea valve status and identified anomalies. Propose and oversee development of in-house studies for production optimization; Implement solutions to improve productivity. Participate in audits as required and perform necessary follow-up to close actions and observation points; Support continuous improvement exercises by developing and/or participating in lessons learnt meetings and documentation Lead efforts to identify, quantify, and mitigate risks in subsea operations. Perform risk assessments, HAZID's and HAZOP's as required to properly manage identified risks. Report all near miss and incidents and participate in incident investigation and implementation of recommendations. Prepare reports to capture all subsea operations activities, studies, innovations and production status. Skills Required: In depth understanding of deepwater subsea architecture including subsea production and control system Understanding of risks in subsea operations and intervention – identification, assessment and mitigation Understanding of flow assurance issues in deepwater subsea production Hands-on experience on flow assurance simulation software Hands on experience on SAP, PTW, MOC and Incident investigation Experience and Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical or Petroleum 12 years’ experience in oil and gas upstream sector with experience in subsea production operations including well operations and Flow assurance Interested candidates, kindly mail to enpcareers.hr@ril.com Show more Show less
