As a Senior Key Account Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing multiple client accounts. Your responsibilities will include: - **Client Management & Retention:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, addressing their specific needs. - Cultivate strong and enduring relationships by understanding client objectives and challenges. - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to client requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams to manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets effectively. - Monitor key account metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - **Business Development:** - Identify and nurture new business opportunities to expand our client base. - Lead pitches and presentations to potential clients, highlighting our agency's capabilities. - Negotiate contracts and secure agreements to drive profitability. - Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitors. - **Strategic Planning:** - Work closely with creative, strategy, and project management teams to develop comprehensive plans aligned with client goals. - Provide strategic guidance on campaigns and marketing efforts. - Deliver quarterly business reviews to key clients. In addition to your role-specific responsibilities, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - **Experience:** Minimum of 4+ years in a client-facing role, preferably with an agency background. - **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. - **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong relationship-building skills, coupled with empathy and understanding of client needs. - **Problem-Solving:** Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving, adept at providing effective solutions. - **Negotiation:** Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract closures. - **Strategic Mindset:** Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for clients and the agency. - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
