Sr. Key Account Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining solid relationships with the company's key clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided. Your role will involve growing the company's revenue by identifying new business opportunities for key clients and attending various meetings, conventions, and training workshops. Additionally, you should be capable of developing relationships with potential clients and analyzing data to improve business and marketing strategies. Your ultimate goal will be to manage multiple key accounts efficiently without compromising on service quality. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients to maximize company income. - Address and resolve any complaints from key clients. - Act as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams. - Supervise the account teams assigned to each key client. - Collaborate with different departments like advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics to meet key clients" needs. - Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for stakeholders. - Understand key clients" needs and prepare customized solutions accordingly. - Negotiate contracts with key clients and ensure timely fulfillment of their long-term goals. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in key account management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. - Ability to build rapport with key clients and handle multiple client accounts. - Strong negotiation, leadership, and customer service skills. - Excellent communication skills.,
