Job Title: Senior IT Recruiter Location: Zirakpur Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment and leadership, with proven success in hiring across various technologies and roles. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment team, ensuring timely and quality delivery of hiring needs, and acting as a bridge between recruitment strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, databases, networking, and referrals. Handle senior-level and niche technical roles with efficiency and urgency. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Track recruitment metrics and generate weekly/monthly hiring reports. Implement process improvements and best practices to optimize the recruitment function. Stay up to date with industry trends and market movements for strategic talent acquisition. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field). 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead role. Strong understanding of technical roles and skills (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.). Hands-on experience with various sourcing methods and tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
