Executive Talent Recruiter

Company: Shree Technocrat Communication System Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Mumbai / Delhi

Experience: 2–5 Years

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Telecom roles across all levels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and prepare JDs.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through job portals & networks.
Handle offer negotiation, background checks, and smooth onboarding.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Maintain recruitment dashboards & ensure hiring KPIs (time-to-fill, cost, quality).
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks.

Desired Profile

2–5 years of recruitment experience (IT/Telecom preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation & client-facing skills.
Proficiency in sourcing tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
