Sr. IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex web and mobile application projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of web & mobile technologies, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for web & mobile application projects.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining quality standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise between clients, business teams, developers, designers, and QA teams.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and manage expectations.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical & Delivery Oversight

• Oversee architecture, UI/UX design, and development phases.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integration, testing, and deployment.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints early.
• Implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Handle change requests effectively without derailing project timelines.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide junior project managers, business analysts, and team leads.
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and high-performance environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8–12 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in web and mobile application projects.
• Strong understanding of web (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs) and mobile technologies (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native).
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of security best practices for web and mobile applications.
• Exposure to analytics tools, SEO principles, and app store optimization (ASO).
