Job Description

As a Senior IT Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for providing Level 2+ support for network infrastructure, which includes switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment. Your main duties will involve diagnosing and resolving complex network issues while ensuring minimal disruption to services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements will also be a key aspect of your role. Monitoring network performance and capacity, and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements will be essential tasks. You will be expected to develop and maintain documentation related to network configurations, changes, and procedures. Implementing and enforcing best practices for network security and data protection will also be part of your responsibilities. Remaining updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, especially in the financial services sector, will be crucial for this role. Participating in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed is also required. Additionally, conducting technical training and mentoring for junior staff members will be expected from you. Ensuring compliance with information security and IT policies, as well as conducting audits (System, Cyber Security) will be essential. Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security appliances is a must. Any experience in broking industries will be considered an added advantage. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary for successful performance in this position.,
