Job Description

As a Sr. IT Manager at our company, your role will involve providing Level 2+ support for network infrastructure, which includes switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment. Your responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing and resolving complex network issues while ensuring minimal disruption to services. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements. - Monitoring network performance and capacity, making recommendations for upgrades and improvements. - Developing and maintaining documentation related to network configurations, changes, and procedures. - Implementing and enforcing best practices for network security and data protection. - Staying current with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in the financial services sector. - Participating in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed. - Conducting technical training and mentoring for junior staff members. - Ensuring compliance with information security, IT policies, and conducting audits (System, Cyber Security). - Demonstrating proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security appliances. - Experience in broking industries will be given added advantage. - Displaying excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
