Sr. Interior Designer

To support our growing operations, we are looking for a proactive and well-organized Assistant Executive to assist with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end interior design projects, ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained.
• Develop creative design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings in alignment with project requirements.
• Manage client communications, presentations, and approvals throughout all project phases.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates in line with project budgets.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure quality control.
• Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative materials.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets without compromising on design excellence.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of executed projects.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office).
• Excellent project management, leadership, and team-handling skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
