This role is suited for a passionate designer with strong client management skills, a keen eye for materials and details, and the ability to oversee projects from concept to execution with precision. Key Responsibilities Lead client meetings to understand requirements and present design concepts. Translate client needs into innovative, practical design solutions. Guide material, finish, and color selections. Supervise 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D models with the design team. Oversee project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards. Conduct site visits for quality checks during execution and resolve design issues. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent. 5–8 years of professional interior design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing design creativity and technical detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp is a must. Knowledge in other tools like Revit, Rhino, 3DS Max etc is preferable. Excellent client-facing and team leadership skills. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution standards.
