We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our growing team. This role is suited for a passionate architect with strong client management skills, a keen eye for materials and details, and the ability to oversee projects from concept to execution with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings to understand requirements and present design concepts.
• Translate client needs into innovative, practical design solutions.
• Guide material, finish, and color selections.
• Supervise 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D models with the design team.
• Oversee project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
• Conduct site visits for quality checks during execution and resolve design issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of professional experience in residential space.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design creativity and technical detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp is a must. Knowledge in other tools like Revit, Rhino, 3DS Max etc is preferable.
• Excellent client-facing and team leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution standards.

Job Details

• Full time job
• Compensation: ₹80,000 – ₹100,000 per month + Incentives (commensurate with experience).
• Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (walkable distance from metro station)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
