Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 11 to 14 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Azure and AWS and will be responsible for designing and implementing robust cloud solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive innovation and deliver impactful results contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable cloud architectures using Azure and AWS to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Oversee the integration of cloud services with existing systems ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
Conduct thorough assessments of current infrastructure and recommend improvements to optimize cloud resource utilization.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs processes and best practices.
Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols safeguarding company data and assets.
Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance cloud capabilities and drive innovation.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Monitor and analyze system performance implementing necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operation.
Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies and practices to improve agility and responsiveness.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to align cloud initiatives with long-term business objectives.
Provide expert advice on cloud cost management strategies to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications
