Sr. Architect

As a Senior Architect at our company, you will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, mentoring junior architects, and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of creativity, functionality, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion. - Develop innovative and functional design solutions while maintaining aesthetic appeal. - Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations. - Review and approve designs, drawings, and specifications. - Mentor and guide junior architects and designers. - Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture. - Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. - Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design skills and creative solutions. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max), and Adobe Creative Suite. - Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices. - Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
