Role Overview: We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Accounts who will play a pivotal role in managing core accounting operations, ensuring financial compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning. Candidates with prior experience in real estate accounting will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, and reconciliations Ensure timely GST, TDS, ITR filings, and compliance with statutory regulations Maintain and review balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial records Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders Monitor budgets, cash flow, and assist in financial forecasting Support in preparation of MIS reports and financial summaries for management Handle RERA, project-wise accounting, and other real estate-specific requirements Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CA Inter preferred, but not mandatory) 3–6 years of experience in accounting, with real estate industry experience preferred Strong command over accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.) Up-to-date knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, and financial regulations Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and lead junior team members when required Why Join Navraj Group?
