Assistant Manager Accounts

Designation: Senior Executive or Assistant Manager, depending on skills & experience.

Role: Accounting Specialist | Valuation | Due Diligence.

Skills Required: Excel and PowerPoint specialist, Tally Expert, Problem Solving, Time Management, Attention to Detail.

Pay Scale: INR 35000- 40,000 per .

Joining Preference: Immediate.

Location – Chennai(Thousand lights)

Job Description (Tentative):

• Co-ordinate and drive the weekly and monthly closing of accounts with existing finance team.
• Work closely with other teams in collecting and analyzing data for weekly and monthly closing of accounts.
• Review and reconcile the bank statements, debtors, creditors.
• Analyze the weekly and monthly trend in Revenue, Expenses, Payables & Receivables across all locations.
• Understand and report the reasons of trends in Revenue, Expenses, Payables & Receivables across all locations.
• Review and finalize the statutory workings (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT) for payment.
• Prepare weekly open items along with correction plans.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) on monthly basis by reconciling details from ERP, Tally in a timely manner.
• Any other task / function may be added subject to requirements

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
