Job Description

As a HRIS Administrator at iCIMS, your role will involve streamlining HR processes through the use of HRIS software such as Workday and Oracle. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new HRIS integrations, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and providing support to users as needed. This is a great opportunity for you to make a real impact on a growing company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs. - Develop, configure, maintain integrations, and automations using middleware tools such as Workato. - Monitor integration processes and resolve integration errors in a timely manner. - Design and maintain complex Workday reports including calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards. - Manage Workday security setup, including roles, domains, user-based permissions, and business process security policies. - Act as the point of contact for Workday releases, including review, testing, and communication of new features. - Partner and collaborate with Talent Systems Specialist on HRIS configuration changes as needed. - Engage with Talent Team members to keep them informed and consulted with the changes. **Qualifications:** - BA/BS Degree, in a technology-related field or other related degree preferred. - 5-10 years of admin experience with a global HRIS such as Workday, Oracle, SAP with a focus on integrations. - Experience with system or functional configuration, reporting, security of HRIS. - Strong experience of building integrations using Workday Studio, and other integrations technologies such as Workato, Mulesoft. - Experience with REST and SOAP APIs. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with ticketing systems (i.e. Service Now, JIRA, etc.) and knowledge of Agile SDLC and ITIL methodologies preferred. - Ability to prioritize as business needs change. - Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation. - Strong analytical skills and an ability to learn technology tools quickly. **Additional Details about iCIMS:** iCIMS is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, purpose-driven, and innovative work environment where everyone belongs.
