Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience designing, building, and/or managing HRIS integrations, with at least 5 years of experience specific to Workday integration tools and technologies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday EIB, Workday Web Services, and other Workday integration tools. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, XML, and XSLT preferred. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Certifications: Workday pro certification in integration is highly desirable.
