Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior HR Recruiter to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes and drive successful hiring outcomes. The candidate will work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition while guiding junior recruiters and enhancing recruitment strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and closure
• Source top-quality candidates for IT and non-IT roles using multiple platforms
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
• Create and manage strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Conduct salary negotiations and ensure smooth offer management
• Mentor and support trainees and junior HR team members
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in recruitment-driven initiatives including campus hiring and referral programs
• Track and present recruitment metrics and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Job Portals, and Social Media
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities
• Knowledge of HR tools/ATS and recruitment analytics is an advantage
