Sr. HR Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for business, operations, sales, marketing, finance, admin, and support functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close positions quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles across departments.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up until closure.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for bulk and urgent hiring.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Build strong relationships with business heads for manpower planning.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requirements simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience hiring for sales, customer support, marketing, operations, and field roles.
• Ability to conduct bulk hiring when needed.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
