Sr. HR Recruiter

We are looking for a Senior HR – End-to-End Recruitment professional with strong experience in job consultancy operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in handling complete recruitment cycles and building new client partnerships.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all levels and departments.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding is complete.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports as required.

Client Acquisition & Client Management

• Identify and tie up with new clients for recruitment services.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements clearly and deliver qualified profiles within timelines.
• Handle client coordination, feedback, and closure of positions.

Consultancy Operations

• Work on multiple job requirements simultaneously.
• Ensure timely delivery of profiles and maintain quality standards.
• Support business development activities related to manpower services.
• Maintain candidate and client databases effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment within a job consultancy.
• Female candidates only
• Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and deliver within deadlines.
• Experience in client coordination and new client onboarding is a must.
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.29 per month
