About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our Human Resources practices and processes. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership on HR-related matters
• Forecast future talent needs and build proactive plans to attract and retain talent

Talent Acquisition & Management

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and critical positions
• Oversee onboarding and ensure a smooth induction process
• Implement effective performance management systems

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Drive employee engagement initiatives
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes growth, inclusion, and innovation
• Address employee relations issues with fairness and professionalism

Training & Development

• Identify training needs and lead L&D initiatives
• Build career paths and succession planning frameworks

Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with labor laws
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage audits
• Handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and legal awareness

Compensation & Benefits

• Recommend and oversee compensation structure and benefits planning
• Benchmark industry standards to ensure competitive packages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,151.84 - ₹51,229.31 per month
