Sr. HR Executive

As an HR Executive at THiNC Institute of Design, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This includes handling recruitment, statutory compliance, and HR administration to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews. - Manage offer letters and conduct induction programs for new employees. - Maintain and update employee records related to attendance, leave, and assist in drafting HR policies and compliance. - Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc. - Support managers in monitoring employee KPIs and performance improvement plans. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-5 years of experience in HR Operations. - Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. - Proficiency in MS Office/HRMS. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
