Job Title: HR Executive

Department: Human Resources

Job Summary:

The HR Executive – Generalist will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and exit formalities. This role ensures smooth HR functioning and supports a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.

2. Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Maintain attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and maintain employee database.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, leaves, and attendance.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Prepare HR-related letters (confirmation, transfer, increment, etc.).
  • Manage insurance, ID cards, and other HR documentation.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and celebrations.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.

5. Statutory Compliance

  • Assist in maintaining statutory records (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external consultants for compliance and audits.

6. Exit Formalities

  • Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlements.
  • Maintain attrition and exit analysis reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of HR operations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources / MBA (HR) or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar roles.
