Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate the selection process. Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice. Employee Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Implement induction programs to familiarize new employees with company culture and policies. Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that align with organizational goals.
