Employee Lifecycle Management
: Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including the hiring, onboarding, and separation processes.
Recruitment & Onboarding
: Be actively involved in the hiring of junior and mid-level employees. Manage the onboarding process, conduct induction, and handle all joining formalities.
HR Administration
: Provide payroll inputs for new joiners. Maintain accurate employee records and update
HR databases
within the
HRIS
system.
Compliance & Grievance Redressal
: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies. Handle all kinds of grievance redressal, including issues related to compensation, performance feedback, and transfers.
Performance & Training Support
: Provide support in conducting
PMS (Performance Management System)
and appraisals. Assist in the organization and implementation of all training programs.

Skills Required:

1-3 years of experience in an
HR Generalist
profile.
Good knowledge of
HR operations
and labor laws.
Must have good knowledge of
MS Excel
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
