Executive/Sr. Executive - HR

Key Responsibilities

  • Time & Leave Management:

    Accurately track

    attendance, leave, shift schedules

    overtime

    for employees. Maintain meticulous

  • Payroll Administration:

    Manage and oversee the

    payroll

    process for a minimum of

    800-1000 employees

    . This includes handling complex payroll calculations and ensuring timely processing.
  • Compliance & Query Resolution:

    Resolve payroll queries & discrepancies

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of

    6 years of experience

    in handling payroll for a large employee base (preferably 800-1000 employees).
  • Proven experience in

    Leave Management, Time Management

    , and maintaining comprehensive

  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.

Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving discrepancies.
