Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies:

Manage the recruitment process:

Sourcing and candidate assessment:

Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Has overall responsibility for the Recruitment budgets with respect to Job Portals, Consultancy Fees, Relocation etc
Manage team of 1-2 recruiters

Requirements- Skills & Competencies

Excellent in communication, presentation skills, problem solving abilities, and ability to influence management
Highly conversant with MS office- Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Good knowledge of HR-related metrics specifically in recruitment and leveraging data-driven insights
Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization
Ability to multi-task effectively
Highly organized and able to work with thoroughness
A creative and analytical thinking style, applying proactive tenacity in the face of obstacles
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Requirements- Education & work experience

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven experience of 8 to 10 yrs in recruitment, preferably in higher education or corporate sector. This includes managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
