Sr. HR Executive

Core responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding: Develop job descriptions, source and interview candidates, and manage the hiring and onboarding process.
• Employee relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances.
• Compensation and benefits: Manage payroll, benefits programs, and compensation plans to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
• Legal compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to all labor laws, regulations, and policies.
• Training and development: Design and implement training programs to support employee professional growth.
• Performance management: Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide feedback and guidance.
• Workplace culture and safety: Foster a positive work environment and ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
