  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related
  • field.
  • Master s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-9 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive (HR Operations) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures, and will play a key role in managing and enhancing our HR operations department. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage conflict resolution and employee grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Work with managers to set clear performance expectations and provide feedback.
  • Identify and address performance issues, providing coaching and support as needed.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

HR Reporting and Analytics:

  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision -making.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data.
  • Conduct exit interviews to understand the reason for
  • Termination Compensation and Benefits:
  • Assist in the management of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Handle employee benefits administration and communication.
