Sr. HR Executive

As an HR professional, your role will involve developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for managing the talent management process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and determining hiring processes for new hires. This includes conducting interviews, creating employment offers and packages for successful candidates, and managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonuses. Your responsibilities will also include managing employee relations, conflict management, and resolution, as well as enforcing company policies and leading disciplinary procedures. You will be tasked with developing and managing performance management systems to track employee performance and conduct performance evaluations. Additionally, you will develop and implement employee retention and employee engagement programs to increase employee retention. Furthermore, you will be in charge of managing employee records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR databases. You will develop and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues.
