Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Hyderabad. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our design projects, ensure efficient workflow, manage project timelines, and coordinate with various departments. The role includes supervision of procurement, maintaining quality standards, budgeting, and resource allocation. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for leading and mentoring the team to achieve the company's goals. Qualifications Experience in project management, workflow optimization, and team leadership Proficiency in budget management, procurement, and resource allocation Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory compliance Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team Experience in the interior design or architecture industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Management,, or related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,713.35 - ₹58,030.73 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
