We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented **Operations Manager** to oversee the smooth running of our online events, exam conducting, and content-related operations. This role is crucial in ensuring fair evaluations, managing quiz events, preparing study materials, and coordinating the timely distribution of rewards. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee preparation and distribution of:

- Study materials

- Educational videos

- Practice questions and quizzes

- Any other content needed for online events or exams

- Manage the end-to-end process of online events and exams, ensuring:

- Timely execution

- Fair and unbiased evaluation

- Smooth operation of quiz events

- Collaborate with content creators, editors, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality, accurate content

- Proofread and ensure all materials are error-free, well-written, and engaging

- Oversee the distribution of awards and recognitions in a timely manner post-event

- Ensure efficient and organized content production schedules

- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and address any operational challenges

What We’re Looking For:

- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a must

- Wide general knowledge across various subjects

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

- Ability to conduct fair evaluations and manage online assessments

- Proven experience in operations, event coordination, or project management

- Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

- Reading and writing habits are a plus

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Ability to work on-site full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹58,245.17 per month
