About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager from the hospitality sector who can oversee daily operations, manage teams, ensure exceptional guest experience, and maintain high operational standards across the property/company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property/department.
• Ensure smooth functioning of front office, housekeeping, F&B, and support teams.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and address guest complaints promptly.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training, guidance, and support.
• Implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Handle inventory management and maintain cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Prepare operational reports and present updates to management.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional and operational strategies.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations, customer service standards, and SOPs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
