B. About Your Role

We are looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer to join our Design team. In this role, you will lead the creative direction and visual design of our digital brand presence, developing visually striking, brand-aligned assets across digital platforms. Your work will help drive brand consistency, design innovation, and audience engagement through impactful storytelling and creative experimentation — including the use of AI-based image generation tools.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable — someone who takes initiative, embraces challenges, and loves transforming concepts into captivating visual experiences using both traditional design and emerging AI-driven tools.

C. Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality digital assets including social media creatives, digital campaigns, web banners, email headers, internal decks, and more.
  • Ensure visual consistency and excellence across all digital touchpoints.
  • Explore and integrate modern AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E) to elevate ideation and concept development.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing strategy teams to translate briefs into effective and clean visual outputs.
  • Own the creative process end-to-end—from concept to final delivery with accountability for quality.
  • Mentor junior designers or freelancers to uphold creative standards and foster growth.

Success Metrics

  • Creative Consistency – Maintain unified brand style across platforms
  • Delivery Timeliness – Ensure 95% on-time delivery of design assets
  • Quality & Innovation – Integrate AI tools in at least 50% of campaigns for enhanced creativity

D. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Experience:

  • 6 – 8 years in digital graphic design, ideally within marketing or brand teams.

Essential technical skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and digital aesthetic
  • Familiarity with or openness to AI based design tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and DALL·E

Preferred Skills (not mandatory):

  • Experience with B2B or service-based brands
  • Basic knowledge of Figma, Canva, or PowerPoint
  • Experience managing visual content calendars or digital asset libraries
