Sr. Graphic Designer

As an ideal candidate for the role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in an advertising agency or related field with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field. Your experience in an agency setting will be beneficial for this position. In your role, your major responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and job requirements - Interpreting clients" needs and developing concepts to meet their goals - Obtaining approval on concepts by submitting rough layouts - Developing design briefs and campaign mood boards through research and analysis - Thinking creatively to generate new ideas and concepts - Creating designs, concepts, and layouts based on visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography knowledge - Presenting finalized ideas to clients or account managers - Working with various media types such as digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc. - Participating in client meetings and internal team discussions to align design with business objectives - Keeping updated on emerging design and advertising technologies - Collaborating with a diverse team of professionals like printers, copywriters, photographers, illustrators, etc. - Providing constructive feedback to junior team members - Staying informed about current visual arts trends - Creating key visuals, understanding font styles, and elements - Being aware of the use of emerging AI technologies like MIdjourney, FireFly, etc. - Demonstrating leadership qualities and guiding junior visualizers effectively In addition to your experience and responsibilities, you should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - Excellent design and artistic abilities - Knowledge of software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. - Strong time management skills - Ability to work efficiently and contribute effectively in a team environment This job requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and strong communication abilities to excel in the dynamic field of advertising and design.,
